We measure what customers will pay.
PXQisR is a willingness to pay company. We give product and marketing teams at data and SaaS companies a price they can defend.
The name
P × Q is R
PXQisR reads as P × Q is R: price times quantity is revenue.
We took the name because it’s the one statement in pricing that holds whatever customers do. A product team chooses P. Customers decide Q, by whether the price is below what they will pay. Our work is finding out where that line sits.
What we do
Four moments, one question
We work with product and marketing leaders at data and SaaS companies: the VP Product, CPO, Head of Product Marketing or CMO who owns the decision, and the senior product managers, product marketers and product ops who shape it.

Five practice standards
Every piece of work we deliver, whether a study, advisory or consultancy, meets the same five standards.
- 01Assumptions in the open.Each one is written down with where it holds and what would disprove it.
- 02Behaviour over statements.What customers do outweighs what they say. Where there’s no behaviour yet, stated answers are corrected for the way they run high. We never randomise what your existing customers pay.
- 03Evidence graded.Every claim is placed on the Evidence Ladder, so you know whether it was assumed, asked, observed or measured.
- 04The margin of error, stated.Every number tells you how sure to be of it.
- 05Every claim traced.Each recommendation links back to the evidence behind it, so it can be checked and defended.
