What we collect and why
We collect only what you give us, and use it only for the purpose you gave it for.
You don’t have to give us any of this. Without a work email, though, we can’t reply to an enquiry.
We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising, or make decisions about you by automated means.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of services to run the website, the newsletter and our email. Apart from LinkedIn, they handle your information on our behalf and only as we instruct.
We may also share information with our professional advisers, such as our accountant, or where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these services store information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by a safeguard UK data protection law recognises, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as set out in each provider’s terms.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- limit how we use it
- give it to you, or another organisation, in a reusable format
You can also object at any time to our use of your information based on legitimate interests. If you object, we stop unless we have a compelling reason to continue. You can withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time by unsubscribing.
To use any of these rights, email hello@pxqisr.com. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
